Una grande battaglia per la Giustizia e per mandare a casa, democraticamente, Silvio Berlusconi. È questa la mission annunciata dal presidente del’Italia dei Valori, Antonio di Pietro, durante la conferenza stampa di presentazione della campagna referendaria, che si è tenuta questa mattina alla Camera dei deputati, e alla quale hanno partecipato anche il portavoce del partito Leoluca Orlando, il capogruppo Idv alla Camera, Massimo Donadi e il capo dei senatori Idv, Felice Belisario. “Bisogna votare il referendum contro il legittimo impedimento il 29 maggio prossimo, nello stesso giorno in cui si tiene il ballottaggio per le elezioni amministrative”, ha detto Di Pietro che ha insistito sulla necessità di unificare il voto referendario con il secondo turno delle amministrative e ha ''intimato'' al ministro del'interno, Roberto Maroni di non cercare di spostare la data della consultazione popolare a giugno. 
Oltre al legittimo impedimento, i cittadini saranno chiamati a votare anche per il referendum contro il nucleare e per i due quesiti sulla difesa dell'acqua pubblica.
