What Kind Of Touch Screen Is An Ipod Touch

IDV QUARRATA

ZERO WASTE 'UTOPIA?

The
our community, and who will go to administer must set itself the ambitious goal of Zero Waste .
We are fully aware that this project does not apply immediately, even if many would argue the opposite. Making a long-term setting goals you can, and then to the 'utopia of Zero Waste. Utopia is built, it is now important for the environmental emergency to have big goals.
However, it should reward behavior virtuous citizens, encouraging them to make more informed purchases. How? By introducing a pricing system which makes payment of utility based on the production of non-recyclable waste to be collected.
After all this, it should be a recovery and selection of waste materials in order to recover any escaped recycling and to prevent toxic waste can be sent to a landfill or incinerators, transient and stabilize the remaining organic fraction.
The penultimate step is the proper ending cycle analysis of the residual downstream of separation, recovery, reuse, repair and recycling with the aim of re items in the industry, to extend to companies the responsibility of the producer, to promote good practices in purchasing, production and consumption.
With Zero Waste Strategy is more than recycling . However, without curbside collection and composting household waste can not be zero, a strategy which in turn becomes a huge path of sustainability and helping you make responsible choices to protect our health.
Women and men of our city are sensitive people, our young people are proud, families are ready to contribute day after day, with passion, a new configuration Quarrata, more beautiful, presentable, friendly, sustainable.
These are our proposals for a waste Plan coherent and modern based on real needs and expectations of citizens and the redistribution of income. Differentiate, then, and do not burn, involves plans to encourage research and development in new environmental technologies and jobs. Yes, I work for many young people of our community!
We realize that this is an issue that many politicians do not want to face because there is a risk but we can not consent più fare gli struzzi , noi chiediamo a tutte le forze politiche di mettere da parte le differenze partitiche e di avviare una seria riflessione sull'argomento.
Riflessione: aria ,acqua, ambiente in generale è di Destra o di Sinistra?

Testa, C. & Veronesi: picnic in Fukushima?

Gabriele Sola Death, fear, not love Japanese drama too much for the thinkers in the pay of lobby nuclear. While Japan was trying (apparently, unfortunately without success) to stop the nuclear crisis by turning off the reactors in power, be our guest for the thinkers in the pay of some businessman in a double ignited the imagination to try to convince us that ' atom is completely healthy. The activation reactor balloon produced in real-time streams of ink radioactive deposited promptly in the Bulletin of the family usually known, the newspaper of the Roman building speculators whose cranes are dying to build wonderful and very safe Made in central Italy, and many other sheets friends.
Oscar Giannino confirmed musketeer wire-nuclear spinning his part appreciated the stick and telling pleased century, for example, that "in the central Okinawa was quickly extinguished a fire caused by electrical shorts in a turbine" means local residents will certainly proud of such great efficiency. As for the central Fukushima - one where there has been a powerful explosion that would have crushed the cage of a reactor containment, which is the same the roof collapsed and the level of radioactivity would be a thousand times higher than usual - "was still prepared to evacuate the population." That "still" is the premium, of course, Oscar. As the title, "Nuclear sure, it is the litmus test" and concluded: "One of the reasons why nuclear power plants cost a lot, it's safety, but as you can see is money well spent." Bravo GianninoAltrettanto refined, the Journal, another atomic musketeer: Franco Battaglia, whom he accuses of "excessive cynicism" Who dares to assess at this time the news coming from Japan for what they are, a clear demonstration of the dangers of nuclear power plants. Cynics would have us understand? Micah ultras atom back, ready to move on the health and lives of others in the name of the god of money.
So, since we consider cynical, I propose to be way down. 'Sti phenomena - the Giannino, the Battle, and their texts, Veronesi and those other pundits of the Forum of contapalle - should go up on a trip to State, those who love them to Uncle Silvio and his court. Destination Fukushima. Were going to be a picnic area, as well, just to take a breath of fresh air. Went to tell the tens of thousands of poor people "evacuated anyway." We cynically expect them here.

Hustopece!

The town looks like a typical Czech village .. Moravian or better .. nothing special but it's always nice to visit a new place .. then we go happily to the information center, we open the door .. there seems to be nobody but suddenly out of a door boldly three young .. two boys and a girl ... dressed as carnival, already quite drunk at one o'clock in the afternoon .. when we tell them that we Italians are obviously surprised by our presence .. greet us warmly and the healthiest of the three, who also spoke a bit 'English, shows us the way to a restaurant that day and informs us that there is a kind of celebration of the country.

We set off in search of the restaurant, but we do not find .. although there are two roads on the cross .. maybe we were a bit 'back to sleep .. maybe it was too dodger .. still folded in the first place they call the restaurant to eat it too .. .. you save only the beer.

Fill a bit 'stomachs and go to the area that the guys we had masked listed as the venue. We find that this is the 'Masopust', a kind of carnival in the area. Feature this carnival is not so much use masks and clothes - except the three that we met there are very few others - but consume alcohol, and specifically, since we are in Moravia, the wines of place. With around 150 crowns (6 euros), take two glasses, and 10 coupons for wine tasting (10 cl each) for use in cellars, private homes and premises used as places of different distribution of various types of wines.

There is also something to eat, try some of the sweet spot with the ricotta, very good, and find a stall where they sell a kind of smoked ham, cut thick, served with bread and pate. The characters behind the bar are worthy of note, those who served had probably already done a few laps in the cellar, and three bring us 10 minutes to cut four slices of bread. Much more expeditious is the cashier, who throw it all together .. dish, ham, bread and all the trimmings, on a scale, and no one knows by what mathematical calculation of the specific weight of the food .. communicate the price, even if the doubt that a small number case is unfounded.

We remain intrigued by then we see two letters painted on the cheeks of most of the partygoers, H and M.. making some interpretation, is that he is more enlightened to indicate single or engaged .. even if it is a bit 'unlikely to be so evenly distributed as the average age is quite advanced, so we decided to ask a beautiful young man in the place, which reveals to us that is going to Hostupecky Masopust, and that then both have all the letters .. and saw that it was equipped with the Pencil Black also decided to leave on our cheeks the memory of the day.

Now that we have the letters printed in face we can be truly part of Masopust, we turn to the various wineries, every now and then dare anyone with a few words of Czech, and the past 4, when many people begin to falter, we begin to think that our friend has forgotten us. We shall still hear in a cellar and a guy yells at us' eeeh! Italian! Mafiozzo! Sizziliia!

Queued to all European countries: women's employment declines after the first child, collapses after the second. In Italy there are no children, yet a study of Bocconi about women and work, of which he spoke at length yesterday's Corriere della Sera, we relegated to last place: we are lagging behind the EU . That is to say, the second child in Holland Employment salt. The family is a factor detrimental to women's work. Obviously, as you know, things are better and the penalty is reduced when the working mother can count on nursery schools or public assistance: just what is missing in Italy. How thirty years ago, the Italian welfare system is based on the family, or rather, the grandparents. 30% of Italian grandparents care grandchildren. Women looking for a parachute grandparents because the nursery or not there is or has a cost that is not compatible with the family budget. not surprising that women supported by their parents have a 40% greater chance of reconciling family and office . In short, I hold in Italy in the family is still all in the family. In Denmark and Sweden the percentage grandparents who care for the grandchildren every day is just 2%, Germany 15% because there is welfare really works. In this view not exactly comforting, beyond the rhetoric invoked by many on the 8 March, made by the usual cries shares rose, or on more women in leadership and institutions, there would be little to celebrate on March 8, if not was a party from symbolic value. Italian women produce 40% of GDP, although this is that if you add the informal work, exceeds 50% . Statistics and do not talk: if in command there are women, organizations and businesses fail less . Italia dei Valori ha presentato, sotto varie forme, un piano di sostegno alla famiglia e alla persona: asili nido, fondi per la non autosufficienza, una nuova politica per la casa, support for catering for young people and flexicurity, the fight against insecurity and social safety nets for those who become unemployed and is looking for a new job. Today we will be in place . Not only to say no to a prime minister who despises women and mocks it, but because of the strength of women, with women of value, with thousands of talents in pink, can not move the push to turn the page. Because the revolution is pink and is young.

The Constitution can not be touched! All the streets March 12.

Volantino in difesa della Costituzione - 12 Marzo 2011 Even provincial Italy of Values, which adheres to the "Joint Committee Pistoiese in defense of the Constitution ", will be present, as in many other cities in Italy and abroad, to take place in a determination to defend our Constitution from the vile attacks that is being far too long.
" The constitution is daily raped and raped by the Premier and his ministers, there is a strong intolerance of the Constitution and to respect the rules. You want to change the balance between power and subjugate the autonomy of the organs of security, as the Constitutional Court and the Superior Council of Magistracy, to political power. The Constitutional Court is an impediment to the enactment of laws ad personam of the premier (Alfano and Legitimate ground), while the Superior Council of Magistracy is too autonomous and independent. So for the Cayman to be dismantled! E 'game by Tremonti also the demolition of the art. 41 and 97 of the Constitution. The first identifies controls and limits to free enterprise, the second establishes the principles of efficiency and fairness in public administration. Repealing Art. 41 therefore means that allow the free enterprise is the first of human dignity and respect of the territory, and delete the art. 97 means legalize bribery in the public service. Even the right to a public school is an obstacle for the Cayman, because the public school remains the last area of freedom of thought in our country. E 'duty therefore to all of us to stop rape in place of the Constitution. The March 12 we must take to the streets along with many citizens and students to read and defend our Constitution. "
In all locations in Italy and also PISTOIA in square Gavinana (called "the Globe") on March 12, 2011, 15:00 there will be an event of all: we will provide a microphone for a brief speech, a quotation or a poem (maximum 3 minutes), we will see all video and listen to good music ... if not now, when?

Sorry, I have not been able to keep our love alive.
Sorry, if I'm wrong and I often hurt with my words.
I'm sorry if I gave you everything you deserve.
Sorry if I have not embraced when they want.
Sorry if you do not kiss like you wanted.
Sorry, if I loved you as you deserved.
Sorry if you do not listen when he speaks.
Sorry if I was afraid when there was no need.
Sorry, I considered normal if your being so special.
Excuse me if I felt when you were close.

I like the feeling of having had a beautiful flower in my hands, rather than admire, care for it, water it to keep it alive, I started to tear its petals to interrogate me and ... "she loves me or loves me not ?"... until the last petal ...
not love me!

words of a ' Public school teacher Berlusconi

Any answer I tried to give the outside yesterday, the piduista who sits at Palazzo Chigi, could not be better than this open letter posted by a teacher, one of my Facebook contacts (Loris)

Mr Berlusconi,
are public school teacher. I try to convey to my students the values that are typical of a society 'civil and democratic society. Solidarity ', understanding, tolerance and freedom' of thought. Seeking to form citizens and not subjects, I try to develop in students the ability to 'critical capacity' to interpret what 'is happening, the world in which they live. The state school, public school and 'the school of all, and' the democratic school where there is comparison and at the moment and 'anti-democratic tendencies in the bank at which she seems to aim. The design of your Government and the Minister of Education and 'clear, reform laws that seek to disqualify you have voted more and more' public school, not to guarantee the constitutional right to a quality school 'guaranteed to all and for all.
I am proud to teach in state schools, I am proud to be able to transmit those values that are written in our Constitution, born of the Resistance and the anti-fascist culture. It 'obvious that far removed from what' that you represent. I teach the importance of consistency, dignity, 'sincerity', as a condition of the commitment needed to achieve the objectives that each of us stands.'ll Keep 'President to do so, and always with a commitment to with the understanding that the only way we can stop us teachers to train your design conscious subjects and not citizens.
Have a jolt of dignity 'and is not just you, to talk about "values" of the family.
for the job those who, for little more than 'a thousand euro a month, goes all out to give young people of this country's culture, dignity', awareness and honest '.

I greet you in the hope of having the most 'soon a new prime minister who can be taken as an example of young people, a prime minister who is the laughingstock of the world, and provide the country a cultural renaissance, after the destruction done in recent years

I Lost My Job What Are My Rights?

', 04/02/2004
Speech by Piero Calamandrei the Third Congress of the Association in Defence of the national school (ADSN), Rome February 11, 1950

sent by Marion Hall

Rome February 11, 1950 [Published in the Democratic School, the magazine of the battle for a new school, Rome, iv, suppl. paragraph 2 of 20 March 1950, pp. 1-5]

Dear Colleagues, We are here
teachers all kinds of schools, from elementary to university [...] . We are gathered here in this conference which is entitled to the defense of the school. Why we defend the school? Perhaps the school is in danger? What is the school that we are defending? What is the danger that hangs over the school that we are defending? Can you come immediately to mind that we are gathered to defend the secular school. It is also a bit 'true and was told this morning. But this is not all, there is something higher. This should not impoverish our meeting in a controversy between clerical and anticlerical. Without saying, then, that what we are defending. Now, you are really sure that we have a school in Italy secular? That we can defend the secular school as if there were, after art. 7? But let us do, we go further. We defend the democratic school: the school that corresponds to the democratic constitution that we wanted to give, the school that is a function of this Constitution, which can be an instrument, because the Constitution written on the sheets [...] become a reality.

The school, as I see it, is an organ of "constitutional". Has its position, its importance to the center of the complex of organs that make up the Constitution. As you know (you all have read our Constitution), in the second part of the Constitution, what is called "the law of the State, "describes those organs through which it expresses the will of the people. Those organs through which policy becomes law, vital and healthy struggles of politics into law. Now, when you can think of asking what are the constitutional bodies, all of you will naturally answer: are the houses, the Chamber of Deputies, the Senate, the President of the Republic, the Judiciary, but there will occur between these bodies to consider also the school, which instead is a vital organ of democracy as we conceive. If you were to make a comparison between the constitutional body and the human organism, one would say that the school is to those bodies nell'organismo umano hanno la funzione di creare il sangue [...] .

Questo è il problema della democrazia, la creazione di questa classe, which should not be a hereditary caste, closed, an oligarchy, a church, a priesthood, an order. No. In our thinking about democracy, the ruling class must be open and constantly renewed by the influx to the top of the best elements of all classes, of all categories. Each class, each class must be able to free up its best elements, because each of them may temporarily, temporarily, for that brief moment of life that fate allows each of us, helping to bring his work , his best personal qualities to the advancement of society [...] .

must serve democracy, enable each man worthy of having its share of sun and dignity (applause). But this can only do the school, which is the corollary of universal suffrage. The school, which has precisely this character up a political sense, because it alone can help you choose, it can only help create the people worthy of being chosen, which normally surface from all walks of life.

You see, this image is enshrined in a constitutional article, albeit with a less imaginative formula. "Article. 34, where it is said: "The school is open to all. Capable and deserving pupils, even without financial resources, have the right to attain the highest levels of education." This is the article more important than our Constitution. One must appreciate the political and social value of this article. Seminarium rei I published, said the Latin marriage. We could say the school: I published seminarium offenders: the school draws the best for the renovation continues, daily of the ruling class. Now, if this is the constitutional function of the school in our republic, let us ask: how is it built this tool? What are its principles? First, state school. The State must provide its schools. First of all the public schools. Prior to enhance the private school must speak of the public school. The public school is the prius, that is the private posterius. For there to be a good private school is necessary that the state is excellent (applause). You see, we must first put the emphasis on that paragraph of art. 33 of the Constitution that says so: "The Republic lays down general rules for education and establishes state schools for all orders and degrees." Thus, to this paragraph [...] the state on schools, the first All of a regulatory function. The State must place the school legislation in its general principles. Then, immediately, the state has a function of achievement [...] .

The State must not say: I do as a school model, then the rest of the others do. No, the school is open to everyone and if everyone wants to attend school in the state, there must be all kinds of schools, many schools excellent, equivalent to the principles laid down by the state, public schools, making it possible to gather all those who turn to go to the State in its schools. The school is open to all. The State must therefore be good schools to accommodate all. This is written in art. 33 of the Constitution. The school in the state, the democratic school is a school that has a unifying effect, is the school of all, create citizens, not create either Catholics or Protestants or Marxists. The school is an expression of another article of the Constitution: Article. 3: "All citizens have social equality and are equal before the law, without distinction of sex, race, language, religion, political opinion, of personal and social conditions. "And the art. 151:" All citizens are eligible for public office and for elective positions on equal terms, according to the requirements established by law. "Of these two items should be an instrument of state schools, civic equality of this instrument, in this respect for the freedom of all faiths and of all opinions [...] .

When public school is so "strong and safe, then, but only then, the private school is not dangerous. Then, but only then can the private school be an asset. It can be a good thing that private forces, educational initiatives of classes, religious groups, political groups, philosophies, cultural trends of, cooperate with the state to expand, to stimulate, and renew attempts with a variety of culture. In family law, enshrined in another article of the Constitution, in Article 30, to instruct and educate their children, this opportunity is to be given to families to make their children attend schools of their choice and then allow the establishment of schools that best correspond with certain guarantees that we will now see the political preferences, religious, cultural of that family. But let us make well aware that while public school is an expression of unity, cohesion, civic equality, the private school is an expression of diversity, which may mean heterogeneity of current decentralized system which the State must prevent currents become disruptive. The private school, in other words, it is not created for this.

School of the Republic, the state school, the school is not a philosophy, a religion, a political party, a sect. So why private schools springing up may be good and not a danger, you must: (1) that the State and monitor the controls and that are neutral, impartial between them. Does not favor one group of private schools to the detriment of others. (2) That private schools correspond to certain minimum level of seriousness of organization. Only in this way and other more precise, that are soon to tell, you can have the advantage of co-existence of public schools with private school. The race is between private and state schools. They establish a competition between public schools and private schools, so that the State arising from these private schools, and that eventually may lead to ideas and achievements so far in the public schools did not exist, feel encouraged to do better , to make, whether I am allowed the expression, "more optimistic" their schools. Stimulus, therefore, must be the private school to the state, not because of abdication.

Tutte le scuole diventano scuole di Stato: la scuola privata non è longer allowed, but the State becomes a party and then all schools are state schools, but also schools for this party. But there is another form to convert the school to get state party school or sect. Totalitarianism subtle, indirect, torpid, sluggish like some pneumonias that are without fever, but are dangerous. Let's say, so "theoretically, there is a ruling party, a ruling party, which, however, formally wants to respect the constitution, not want to violate the substance. It does not make the march on Rome and transform the classroom in housing for the handpiece, but wants to establish, without opinion, a disguised dictatorship. So, what to do to seize schools and to transform the State schools into Party schools? He realizes that the State schools have the defect of being impartial. There is some resistance, in those schools is always there, even under fascism has been there. Then, the dominant party follows another path (it's all a theoretical hypothesis, mind you).

starts to neglect the public schools, to discredit, to impoverish. Let it anemizzino and begins to favor private schools. Not all private schools. The schools of his party, that party. And then all these treatments are beginning to go to private schools. Cure of money and privileges. He even begins to advise the boys to go to these schools, because at the bottom it says are better than those of the state. And maybe give themselves awards, as now I will tell you, or proposes to give awards to citizens who are willing to send their children to public schools rather than private schools. A "those" private schools. The exams are easier, unless you study and you do best. So "the private school becomes a privileged school. The ruling party, could not transform the State schools openly in Party schools, send the dogs to schools to give priority to the state's private schools.

careful, friends, this conference that is the point that we must discuss. Please note that this is the recipe. We must keep an eye on the cooks of this low kitchen. The operation is done in three ways: (1) I have already said, ruin the State schools. Let go to hell. Depleting their budgets. Ignore their needs. (2) Mitigating the supervision and control over private schools. Do not check its reliability. Let the teachers teach you that do not have the minimum qualifications to teach. Let the examinations are jokes. (3) Giving public money to private schools. This is the point. Giving public money to private schools! The latter is the most dangerous. "The most dangerous phase of the whole operation [...] . This then is the point, is the most dangerous method.

. Ma poi c'è un'altra questione che came out, which should allow to circumvent the law. This is what we lawyers call the "circumvention of the law", which is that something that customers ask causidici unscrupulous, to which the customer is directed to find out how it can break the law to observe figuring [... ] . And so coming off the idea of family allowance, education of family allowance.

Minister of Education at the International Congress of the Family Institute, said the private school must serve to "stimulate" the most non-state expenses for teaching, but should not be excluded that the state gives subsidies to private schools. But he added: think, if a father does send his son to private school, they need to pay taxes. And this father is a citizen as a taxpayer who has already paid his fee to participate in the spending that the state pays for public schools. So this poor father has to pay twice the fee. Then this worthy citizen who wants to send her son to private school, to lift this double burden, it is given a family allowance. Who wants to send her son to private school, then turns to the state and has a grant, a check [...] . The

send his son to private school is a right, so says the Constitution, but is a right to have it pay? "A right one, if you like, lo esercita, ma a proprie spese.

. Equal, s, "but we must remember that first of all, before granting equality, the state, says the same art. 33, must determine the rights and obligations of the school to which grants equal this, and remember that for a another paragraph of that article, the state has the task of presenting the general rules on education. So this equality does not mean surrender to ensure, to check the reliability of the studies, programs, teacher qualifications, the reliability of evidence. We must In short avoid this nauseating system, this repulsive system is encouraging schools to compete with the downward: that the state promotes not only the competition of private schools with public schools but che lo Stato favorisca questa concorrenza favorendo la scuola dove si insegna peggio, con un vero e proprio incoraggiamento ufficiale alla bestialità [...] .

Tutto il resto, astronomical figures of billions, will be far in the future, but the private school, if you're not careful, you really really tomorrow. The private school becomes a privileged school and from there begins the totalitarian school, the transformation from school to school in the Democratic party.

And then there's another danger, perhaps even more serious. "The danger of moral decay in the school. This sense of distrust, cynicism, rather than skepticism that is spreading in schools, especially among young people, is very significant. "The sunset of the ideas of the old school of Gaetano Salvemini, Augusto Monti: reliability, accuracy, honesty, punctuality. These simple ideas. Doing their duty, to teach. And that school is a school of character, forming consciences, to forming honest and loyal. Is spreading the idea that all this is over, that is no more. Today valid support, recommendations, pieces of a party or a parish. The religion that is in itself a serious matter, perhaps most serious, because the most serious thing in life is death, it becomes a despicable excuse for doing their business. This is the danger: the school's moral decay. It is not the school of priests that frightens us, because one hundred years ago there were schools where priests could teach Latin and Italian, which brought forth men like Carducci. What particularly scares are dishonest, men without character, without faith, without opinions. Ten years ago these men were Fascists, five years ago words were anti-fascists, and now are back under different names, that is, in substance fascist profiteers of the system.

And there is another danger to be overcome by discouragement. But we must not be overcome by discouragement. You see, it was rightly said that whoever won the war of 1918 was the Italian school, because those boys, whose bodies are still on the Carso, came out of our schools and our colleges and our universities. But look also at the Liberation and Resistance what happened. "Happened the same. There were professors and teachers who have given wonderful examples, from prison to martyrdom. A teacher who for many years serenely facing jail fascist is here among us. And all of us, old teachers we have in our heart the names of any students who were able to withstand the torture, who gave blood for the freedom of Italy. Think of these guys that came out of our schools and our thinking about them, do not despair of the future. We are faithful to the Resistance. We must, friends, schools continue to defend the strength and continuity of moral conscience.

Written by Piero Calamandrei - Introduction by Salvatore Borsellino

This speech in defense of Piero Calamandrei Public School has nearly sixty years, but seems to be written today.
The difference is that what Peter Calamandrei posed as an abstract hypothesis has now become, unfortunately, a reality through a "thinly disguised totalitarianism , indirect, cloudy. Like some which are torpid pneumonia without fever but are dangerous .
The difference is that the "ruling party " suggested by Peter Calamandrei today will not even " respect the Constitution" but rather wants to deliberately upset does not respect the procedures that the founding fathers had placed to guard to prevent the destruction of that and moving on to shots by-laws as the "Lodo Alfano " with which you want to ensure the impunity of the four, but especially by one, the highest offices of state.
all in half indifference of public opinion or rather addiction now enthralled with the old method of "bread and circuses " (but soon will only circuses) and the breakup of an opposition which, as one of the few remaining items not approved in our parliament, now fluctuates between "cooperation and collaboration .
If they remember fortunately our young people and their consapovolezza so far dall'ottundimento now prevailing, has led to a revolt cross without political color because of that thing that has become dirty policy in Italy many young people want to keep out, which brought out the need to one of the blackest souls of our Republic to suggest the current interior minister's use of same methods he used in the 70's.
words " infiltrate the movement of agents provocateurs for headlights that with their help" devastate shops, set fire to cars and put on fire the city to penetrate so then have a pretext to " send them all to the hospital, beaten and even beat the teachers ", especially" the teachers girls. "
Towards the kids what was once rightly called " Kossiga " must have a visceral hatred, just remember what he said a time of Rosario Livatino, "the court boy" who died to serve the State, not the state represented by Cossiga, and because left alone by the state, this time by the State represented by Cossiga. That same
Cossiga which he called part of the Select Committee formed to the emergence of the Moro kidnapping also under a false name, Licio Gelli. Calling Goering to defend the Jews.
Faced with these threats, against incitement to use batons against our sons who are fighting for their future would be a crime far more serious of the many that already we carry for having given them this land to remain idle, to approve their revolt in words but only delegate to them this fight.
We have done that in too many other occasions with the judiciary, with the police, with journalists, with so many other victims of forced power, even our fault, to become heroes.
It 's a duty essential for us to get on the front line and produces the appropriate our faces, our bodies, to those clubs who want to strike our young people.
is we deserved to be this country, not them.

Piero Calamandrei - speech at the Third Congress in defense of the National School in Rome on February 11, 1950

There are also Party schools or church schools. But the state must monitor the needs regular to be taken to their limits and must be able to do better than them. The school in the state, then, must be a guarantee, because you do not slip into what would be the end of the school and perhaps the end of democracy and freedom, that is, the school party.

How do you set up in a country with a party school? It can be done in two ways. One is that of totalitarianism open, said. We have experienced, unfortunately. I think everyone here you remember, though many people do you remember most. We tested under fascism. All schools become schools of the State: private school is no longer permitted, but the State becomes a party and then all schools are state schools, but why are schools party. But there is another form to convert the school to get state party school or sect. Totalitarianism subtle, indirect, torpid, sluggish like some pneumonias that are without fever, but are very dangerous ... Let's say, so theoretically, there is a ruling party, a ruling party, which, however, formally want to respect the Constitution, does not want to violate the substance. It does not make the march on Rome and transform the classroom space for the paddles, but wants to establish, without opinion, a disguised dictatorship. So, what to do to gain control of schools and to transform the State schools into Party schools? He realizes that the State schools have il difetto di essere imparziali. E magari si danno dei premi, come ora vi dirò, o si propone di give prizes to those citizens who are willing to send their children to public schools rather than private schools. A "those" private schools. The exams are easier, unless you study and you do best. So the private school becomes a privileged school. The ruling party, could not transform the State schools openly in Party schools, send the dogs to schools to give priority to the state's private schools. Beware, my friends, this conference this is the point that we must discuss. Warning, this is the recipe. We must keep an eye on the cooks of this low kitchen. The operation is done in three ways: I have already said, ruin the State schools. Let go to hell.

Legittimo impedimento, un referendum to send home Berlusconi

January 13 last year the Constitutional Court partially cleared the law on legitimate ground through which the premier had the right not to appear in court processes relating to him thus making them slip to the end of the mandate and the prescription. The consultation, however, left open a crack: the defendant may plead such failure if the day of the hearing are employed in the preparation or as a result of some institutional commitment. Knowing Berlusconi and his lawyers, we can rest assured that from now on will be busy every day of the hearing with any mission in the past, present or future. Therefore, it is also necessary to close the crack and we can only deal with the referendum Italy of Values, which calls for the abolition dry with no ifs and buts of that infamous law.

The referendum will also be the only opportunity left for citizens to express their verdict on the government of Silvio Berlusconi, who is too smart to really deal with the general election. Must therefore take full advantage of this occasion. The referendum is a plebiscite for or against retention of Berlusconi's government: an opportunity to send him home and in courtrooms where the wait for justice.

Nice Thing To Say At A Wedding

CONSTITUTION DAY / STUDENT IN THE PIAZZA March 12, 2011 - signing the appeal - Download the ' appeal of female students and Students - Go to the website of the Committee to defend constitution "
We are students and students living in a country where democratic norms are constantly challenged by those who should defend them instead.

difficult for us to recognize that every day Italy is told by the news as something that belongs to us, we feel the weight of a strong country that we do not consider players and thinking, which takes a mockery of our deep distress and our precarious condition.
We believe, however, that male and female students that there is a better country, that Italy is not only done by corrupt politicians, unscrupulous businessmen, Mafia and favoritism.
We are committed to changing this country, starting from schools, universities and places of education and that is why for us 150 years of unity is not an issue to be settled with sterile debates on the closure or opening of schools and places of work March 17 on populist economic issues and cultural differences between North and South
We believe that 150 years of unity they mean 150 years of rights and democrazia.Siamo those students who read, discuss and know the Italian Constitution, that gets excited when they hear about the founding fathers and the partisans who have built a free and democratic country. The same
Scendiamo to the streets today because too many are denied rights, principles not observed. And this is felt not in the abstract but concretely, in our lives, on our skin.
Italy is a country that should provide access to knowledge and the right to education for all and all, as enshrined in Article 34 of the Constitution. Instead we live in an Italy abandoned itself, where young people have no future and where the training is considered an expense and not a resource.
We want an Italy that retrieves the values of its Constitution, we want our country rediscover the principles on which has been reborn to us that students are now more than ever.

Student Network
Union of University Students

"A great day for the pride of creation marked by the flag, with a unique soundtrack: the national anthem and a single identification document: the Constitution.
That the decision taken today in Rome by many associations and who posed as guidance on March 12 next. " The Articolo21 says in a statement. "Ways and forms of svogimento will be discussed tomorrow Articolo21 and web sites of individual associations. They will invite all political forces, community, cultural, trade union, regardless of any logic array of party and party. Why the only point of unification is love for the republican legality and the constitutional dignity. "
At the same time these days are taking place throughout Italy hundreds of meetings and initiatives to demand the resignation of Berlusconi, to restore dignity and the rule of law in Italy. Among the many who will see the network of students in the front row, February 5th in Milan at Palasharp "Resign for Italy free and fair" initiative, promoted by Liberty and Justice, and the February 13 in Rome for the event promoted by the women who signed the "If not now when?".

Kenmore Ultra Quietguard Deluxe Cant Turn On

COMMENT

The silence in the courtroom to save the school

CARLO GALLI In His recent utterances on the school Silvio Berlusconi was able to argue in how disparate and seemingly unconnected. On the one hand, in a context of "Catholic reformers" (maybe "against"-reformists), embraced Sanfedists thesis. It is incredible that is performed in the polemic against state schools. The public school that subtracts the children for families, to educate them to values opposite to those in which they were born and in which they are grown up - and then actually "not educated" -. It was this, the argument brought by the reactionary Catholicism - in France and Italy - against the state modern in its time to settle and consolidate. An obscurantist argument, the son of a closed and organismic view of society as a natural body of families held together by faith. Compared to this scenario, the modern state, through the state public school brings young people out of closings local interests and educates them to the civic principles of rational universal citizenship - however tentatively applied in practice - is an intolerable threat an unacceptable abuse of power.

On the other hand, to correct misunderstandings of the usual left-wing press, Berlusconi has unlined, the day after, an ultra-liberal approach. That has argued that families have the right to have a wide range of public schools, public and private , including free choice of education for their children. Like the first scenario was hostile to the state in a manner so to speak pre-modern and organic, this one is the other way, that is, with abuse of topics individualistic & Marketing. The first was appealing to the continuity between family and school in the name of tradition, and the second explicitly invokes the idea that the education of children is a private matter for families, which - paying - they can afford click on the "a" preferred. The first refers to a compactly Catholic country, the second supports - beyond the patriotic rhetoric that sometimes the government indulges - a country fragmented along many lines (wealth, ideology, and of course religion and culture ") and not reassembled: indeed, social fragmentation is lovingly cultivated in special schools.

In the first perspective, the state school and de-legitimized without appeal - and its radical right has pushed the church hierarchy to take at least formally the miles - and in the second, however, is more cunningly treated as "Public" to other types of schools as' public - because for the general public of users - that the schools are actually "private" (whether religious and / or secular, but predominantly the former). In short, the state and its school of social work with its equal democratic citizenship is an option among many, as another review, at least theoretically, which is always the decisive one. Once passed the thesis that schools would be equally "out there" - thesis which is already shared by the center - it is then easy for the government who is togliere finanziamenti alla scuola di Stato (e compiangere al tempo stesso i professori sottopagati!

Una scelta ideologica antistatale, di una destra che rinnega and down his past (by Casati a Gentile), and that has nothing to do with liberalism, if not with his interpretation homemade, particularistic, qualunquistica. One choice available in two different ways and opposite, as a shrewd commercial offer aimed at target constituencies from each other (Catholic ultras, and postmodern individualists) that only in him, in Knight protean as Zelig, are consistency and credibility. Precisely because he was able to submit its views on the school in the most pleasant and gentle way, that is sacrosanct as a polemic against the left-wing indoctrination that would be given at school by now pubblicostatale sessantottino vintage men professors. It is riding on this injury right-thinking background, this long-term resentment, this political ghost that terrorizes its many anti-political voters, that the right of Berlusconi wins, it is through this posthumous victory sull'odiatissimo Sixty-eight passing victory today over what remains the school's state and its political function in a broad sense - not partisan, of course, nor ideological -. What is to train young people, with firmness and rigor, the public spirit and critic, and do not let the republican democracy in this country evolve, result in the dismantling of the state school, in a democracy a 'la carte , soulless and without a future.
